Users Product Showcase Rules and Guidelines
The Users Product Showcase provides an opportunity to share your company's product innovations with over 2,000 of your fellow users. Siemens PLM Software designed products and images will be professionally displayed in the foyer of the Gaylord Palms Convention Center at UGS Connection 2008 held in Orlando, FL June 2-5, 2008.To participate in this conference event please read and follow the underlying rules and guidelines.
Product Showcase Live
- Product must be designed with Siemens PLM Software
- If you choose to donate your product, it will be raffled off to a registered conference attendee at the close of the conference.
- Participants who choose to donate their product will be acknowledged on a flyer placed in each attendee bag.
- Shipping / transporting of the product to and from the conference is the responsibility of the participant. Shipping instructions are available upon request.
Virtual Image Product Showcase
- All uploaded product images must be designed using Siemens PLM Software
- All images must be either JPEG or GIF images, less than 4Mb in size.
To participate in the Users Product Showcase both the product showcase application form and product release form must be submitted by May 5, 2008.
Note: The drawing for any donated products will be held during the closing General Session, 5:30 – 6:30pm Thursday, June 5th. Winners must be present to claim their prize.

Product Dismantle Hours:
Thursday, June 5th at 6:30pm

TEAR DOWN: If you are participating in the Product Showcase Live and are not donating your product, Product(s) must be dismantled, packed, and shipped out Thursday, June 5th.
SECURITY
PLM World will provide complete security for the Product Showcase area beginning Sunday, June 1st until the close of the exhibition hall on Thursday, June 5th.
